The following terms and conditions govern all use of ("Webido”) website and all content, services and products available at, or through, the Webido domain Webido.info (the “Website”), including, but not limited to, the Webido user management service (collectively with the Website, the “Services”).

The Services are offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Website by Webido(collectively, the "Agreement").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use the Services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Webido, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Payment

Unless you notify Webido before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.

Subscription

Fees and payment

By signing up for a Webido account, you agree to pay Webido the monthly subscription fees published on the Website as of when you registered for the Services. Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your paid account is established and in advance of using the paid Services. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. Webido reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Unless mentioned otherwise, the prices do not include taxes. Webido might change the amount charged for an ongoing subscription if we're required by law to collect new taxes.

Cancellation and refunds

Webido does not provide refunds after 3 days of use to users who request cancellation of Services, regardless of the reason for the request. You may cancel your account at any time via email to Webido. If you cancel paid Services, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Thereafter, Webido will cease charging you for paid services and will disable your paid account.

Support

The Services includes access to email support. "Email support" means the ability to make requests for technical support assistance by email at any time (with reasonable efforts by Webido to respond within three business days) concerning the use of the Services. All Spylead support will be provided in accordance with Webido standard practices, procedures, and policies.

Copyright

As Webido asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Webido. Webido will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. Webido will terminate a visitor's access to and use of the Services if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Webido or others.

Intellectual property

Webido does not transfer to you any Webido or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Webido. Webido, the Webido logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Webido, or the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Webido or Webido licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Webido or third-party trademarks.

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Webido, a Webido employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing).

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm Webido or users of the Website or expose them to liability.

Furthermore, you agree not to

Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Website.

Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website or for any other unauthorized purpose without Webido’s prior written consent.Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website.

Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website.

Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website or API.

Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website.

General Representation and Waranty

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Services will be in strict accordance with the Webido Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Services will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Idemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webido, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

All matters relating to the Website and these Agreement and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New Mexico without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
